Welcome to my website. I have decided to seek the office of Fulton Superior Court Judge to replace retiring Judge Thelma Wyatt Cummings- Moore for the election to be held November 4th, 2008.
I have nearly 8 years experience as a part-time Judge in the Fulton Magistrate Court where I served a full-time schedule handling civil small claims, criminal warrants, first appearance hearings, and landlord- tenants cases. Additionally, since 2004, I have been designated to sit as a judge in the State and Superior Courts of Fulton County to help reduce case loads and/ or handling calendars for permanent judges . In the Superior Court, I particularly handled felony first appearance calendars, preliminary hearings, plea and arraignment calendars, family and domestic matters, and occasional civil motions calendars . Further, I served as a Municipal Court Judge, pro hac for the City of Roswell and City of Alpharetta.
If elected, I will advocate an efficient court system in Fulton County, resolve to handle cases without long delays, and be fair, impartial, and courteous to all litigants who come before me.
